الدلالات الكلينيكية الكامنة وراء العلاقات العاطفية لدى طالبات التعليم الفني: دراسة حالة

تعتبر العلاقات العاطفية لدى المراهقات بمدارس التعليم الفني أحد اشكال الانحراف عن القيم المجتمعية المتعارف عليها، وتترك هذه العلاقة تأثيرات نفسية واجتماعية علي شخصية المراهقة. حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الدلالات الكلينيكية الكامنة وراء العلاقات العاطفية لطالبات التعليم الفني باستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة، وذلك لحالة تبلغ من العمر17 سنة، ومقيمه بأحدي محافظات الوجه القبلي، وتقيم علاقة عاطفية خارج اطار القيم المجتمعية المتعارف عليها، وتم الاستعانة بمقياس العلاقات العاطفية، واستمارة المقابلة الكلينيكية، وبطاقات مختارة من اختبار تفهم الموضوع. وكشف البناء النفسي للحالة عن مظاهر الاضطراب التي تعاني منهُ الحالة يتمثل في إيذاء الذات غير الانتحاري، والميول الانتحارية، وظهور السمات الاكتئابية لديها. وقلة التركيز وتشتت الانتباه، وفقدان الهدف. وكل هذا يكمن ورائه بعض الدلالات الكلينيكية مثل قسوة الأم، والحرمان العاطفي، والنبذ والرفض مما أدي بها إلى وجود صرعات، وتناقض وجداني دفعها إلي البحث عن الحب خارج المنزل، وإقامة علاقة عاطفية خارج القيم المجتمعية المتعارف عليها.

Clinical implications of romantic relationships among female technical education students: a case study

 Abstract
Romantic relationships among adolescent girls in technical schools are considered a form of deviation from accepted societal values, and these relationships leave psychological and social impacts on the adolescent's personality. This research aims to identify the clinical implications behind romantic relationships among female adolescent students of technical education using the case study approach. This is for a 17-year-old woman residing in one of the Upper Egypt governorates, who is in a romantic relationship outside the framework of accepted societal values. The Romantic Relationships Scale was used, the Clinical Interview Form, and selected cards from the Thematic Apprehension Test were used. The psychological analysis of the case revealed the patient's symptoms of the disorder, including non-suicidal self- Injury, suicidal tendencies, depressive traits, poor concentration, distraction, and loss of purpose. Behind all of this lie clinical implications such as maternal cruelty, emotional deprivation, and rejection, which led to conflicts and emotional inconsistencies that pushed her to seek love outside the home and establish a romantic relationship outside of accepted societal values.
