بعض سمات الشخصية كمنبئ بالقيادة الإبداعية لدى عينة من المراهقين Some Personality Traits As Predictors of Creative Leadership In A Sample of Adolescents

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن وجود علاقة بين بعض سمات الشخصية والقيادة الإبداعية، ومستوى اسهام بعض سمات الشخصية في التنبؤ بالقيادة الإبداعية لدى عينة من المراهقين، بالإضافة للكشف عن وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في متوسط درجات سمات الشخصية ومتوسط درجات القيادة الإبداعية لدى نفس العينة من المراهقين.
واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية والثانوية في المدارس المصرية (المرحلة العمرية من 13: 18 عاما)، وتم الاختيار من بعض مدارس المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية بنين وبنات التابعة لإدارة جنوب الجيزة التعليمية لتمثل عينة الدراسة. حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 تلميذ وتلميذه 30 ذكور و30 اناث في المرحلة العمرية من 13 الى 18 عام، في حين تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة بصورة جماعية على عينة الدراسة.
وتضمنت أدوات الدراسة مقياس آيزنك للشخصية – صيغة الأطفال (ترجمة واعداد: د/ أحمد محمد عبد الخالق: طبعة الأنجلو 2021)، ومقياس القيادة الإبداعية (اعداد: د/ نيفين واصف: 2016).
وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة بين مكونات الشخصية بلغ مستوى دلالة 0.05 ، في حين لم توجد علاقة بين مكونات الشخصية والقيادة الإبداعية وبالتالي لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الشخصية من جانب والقيادة الإبداعية من جانب آخر يترتب عليه أنه لا يوجد اسهام نسبي بين القيادة الإبداعية في تفاعلها مع الشخصية، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث في متوسط درجات مقياس القيادة الشخصية بأبعاده المختلفة من الانبساط والعصاب والكذب، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث في متوسط درجات مقياس القيادة الإبداعية.
 
Abstract of the study
This study aimed to reveal the existence of a relationship between some personality traits and creative leadership, and the level of contribution of personality traits in predicting creative leadership, in addition to revealing the existence of differences between males and females in the average scores of personality traits and the average scores of creative leadership in a sample of adolescents.
The study community included middle and secondary school students in Egyptian schools (age group 13: 18 years), and middle and secondary schools for boys and girls affiliated with the South Giza Education Administration were selected to represent the study sample. The study sample consisted of 60 male and female students, 30 males and 30 females, in the age group from 13 to 18 years, study tools were applied collectively to the study sample.
The study tools included the Eysenck Personality Inventory - Children's Formula (translated and prepared by: Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Khaleq: Anglo Edition 2021), and the Creative Leadership Scale (prepared by: Dr. Nevin Wassef: 2016).
The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between the components of personality with a significance level of 0.05, while there was no relationship between the components of personality and creative leadership, and thus there is no statistically significant correlation between personality on the one hand and creative leadership on the other hand, which results in there being no relative contribution between creative leadership in its interaction with personality, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences between males and females in the average scores of the personal leadership scale with its various dimensions of extroversion, neurosis and lying, and there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the average scores of the creative
