الانفصال العاطفي وعلاقته بالرضا عن الحياة لدى الطالبات المتزوجات ببرنامج التأهيل التربوي بجامعة الأزهر

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الانفصال العاطفي والرضا عن الحياة لدى الطالبات المتزوجات في برنامج التأهيل التربوي بجامعة الأزهر، حيث شملت العينة (554) طالبة من القاهرة والعاشر من رمضان. اعتمدت الدراسة على مقياسين أعدتهما الباحثة لقياس الانفصال العاطفي والرضا عن الحياة .أظهرت النتائج أن البعدين الفكري والتواصلي للانفصال العاطفي كانا في المستوى الضعيف، بينما جاء البعد العاطفي والدرجة الكلية في المستوى المتوسط. أما الرضا عن الحياة، فقد كان البعد النفسي والأسري والدرجة الكلية في المستوى المرتفع، بينما كان البعد الاجتماعي في المستوى المتوسط  .كما كشفت الدراسة عن علاقات ارتباطية دالة بين أبعاد الانفصال العاطفي والرضا النفسي. وُجدت فروق دالة لصالح الطالبات العاملات في بعض أبعاد الانفصال العاطفي، بينما ظهرت فروق لصالح الطالبات غير العاملات في الرضا الأسري. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الطالبات الأكبر سنًا يعانين من انفصال عاطفي أكبر، بينما سجلت الأصغر سنًا مستويات أعلى في الرضا النفسي والأسري. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، وُجدت فروق دالة وفقًا لمدة الزواج، حيث كانت الطالبات المتزوجات لفترة أطول أكثر عرضة للانفصال العاطفي. كما أثر عدد الأبناء والفارق العمري بين الزوجين والمستوى التعليمي للزوج على مستويات الانفصال العاطفي والرضا عن الحياة، حيث سجلت الطالبات المتزوجات من أزواج ذوي تعليم أعلى مستويات انفصال عاطفي أكبر، بينما حصلت المتزوجات من أزواج بمستوى تعليمي أقل على رضا اجتماعي أعلى.وتمت مناقشة النتائج فى ضوء الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة.
Emotional detachment and Its Relationship with Life Satisfaction Among Married Female Students in the Educational Rehabilitation Program at Al-Azhar University"

Abstract:
The study aimed to explore the relationship between emotional detachment and life satisfaction among married female students in the educational rehabilitation program at Al-Azhar University, where the sample included (554) female students from Cairo and Tenth of Ramadan. The study relied on two scales prepared by the researcher to measure emotional detachment and life satisfaction. The results showed that the intellectual and communicative dimensions of emotional detachment were at a weak level, while the emotional dimension and the total score were at an average level. As for life satisfaction, the psychological and family dimensions and the total score were at a high level, while the social dimension was at an average level.The study also revealed significant correlations between the dimensions of emotional detachment and psychological satisfaction. Significant differences were found in favor of working female students in some dimensions of emotional detachment, while differences appeared in favor of non-working female students in family satisfaction. The results also showed that older female students suffer from greater emotional detachment, while younger students recorded higher levels of psychological and family satisfaction.In addition, significant differences were found according to the duration of marriage, as female students who had been married for a longer period were more prone to emotional detachment. The number of children, the age difference between spouses, and the husband's educational level also affected the levels of emotional detachment and life satisfaction, as female students married to husbands with higher education recorded higher levels of emotional detachment, while those married to husbands with lower educational levels recorded higher social satisfaction. The results were discussed in light of the literature and previous studies.
