أحلام الأطفال ضحايا الاعتداء الجنسي"دراسة إكلينيكية تحليلية"

ملخص:
        هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص المميزة لأحلام الأطفال ضحايا الاعتداء الجنسى من خلال الكشف عن أبرز أنواع الأحلام بمحتواها الظاهر والكامن، وأبرز شخصيات وأماكن أحلام الأطفال، وطبيعة المشاعر المصاحبة لأحداث الأحلام، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الإكلينيكي، ولجمع البيانات استخدم الباحثان الأدوات التالية: المقابلة الموجهة أسئلة المقابلة الموجهة، ودراسة الحالة، والملاحظة، وسجل حصر الأحلام (جميعها إعداد الباحثان)، ومقياس ردود الفعل النفسية لدى الأطفال الناتج عن مواقف صادمة ترجمه ثابت (2016): وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (5) أطفال (3) ذكور (2) إناث تراوحت أعمارهم من 9إلي 11 سنة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أكثر محتوى أحلام الأطفال المعتدى عليهم جنسيًا تنتمي إلى الأحلام المقلقة التي تتضمن أحداثًا مأساوية مزعجة. كما تركزت أحداث أحلام الأطفال المعتدى عليهم جنسيًا فى الأماكن التي سبق التعرض فيها للأحداث المؤلمة، كما تجلت أبرز الشخصيات المتواجدة في أحلام الأطفال ضحايا الاعتداء الجنسى بشخصيات معروفة ومألوفة، معظم مشاعر الأطفال المعتدى عليهم جنسيًا تجاه أحلامهم كانت سلبية ممتلئة بالخوف والقلق تعكس كثير من الاضطرابات النفسية الأخرى.

Abstract:
  The study aimed to identify the distinctive characteristics of sexually abused children's dreams by revealing the most prominent types of dreams with their apparent and latent content, the most prominent characters and places of children's dreams, and the nature of feelings associated with dream events. The clinical descriptive analytical method was used, and to collect data, the researchers used the following tools: Guided interview", case study, dream inventory record (all prepared by the researchers), measure of psychological reactions in children resulting from traumatic situations translated by Thabit (2016): The study sample consisted of (5) children  (3) males and (2) females, The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Most of the content of dreams of sexually abused children belong to disturbing dreams that include disturbing tragic events. The events of the dreams of sexually abused children also centered in the places where they had previously been exposed to painful events. The most prominent characters present in the dreams of abused children were also manifested by well-known and familiar personalities. Most of the sexually abused children's feelings towards their dreams were negative, full of fear and anxiety, reflecting some other psychological disorders.
