التمكين النفسى وتوكيد الذات كمؤشرين للتنبؤ بفاعلية الذات البحثية لدى عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة عين شمس

المستخلص:
    يهدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات البحثية وكل من التمكين النفسي وتوكيد الذات لدى عينة من طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة عين شمس، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب في فاعلية الذات البحثية في ضوء النوع(ذكور/ إناث)،  والمرحلة الدراسية (ماجستير/ دكتوراه )، والتخصص الاكاديمي ( علمي / أدبى/ تربوي ) ،وإمكانية التنبؤ بفاعلية الذات البحثية من خلال التمكين النفسي وتوكيد الذات ،وتكونت عينة البحث من (140) من طلبة الدراسات العليا من الجنسين ممن يدرسون برامج الماجستير والدكتوراه بكلية التربية بجامعة عين شمس، وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (23-42) عام بمتوسط عمرى(33,24) ،وانحراف معياري (5,58)،ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث مقياس فاعلية الذات البحثية ((Buyukozturk et al.,2011،ومقياس التمكين النفسي، ومقياس توكيد الذات من إعداد الباحث ، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائية  بين فاعلية الذات البحثية وكل من التمكين النفسي وتوكيد الذات لدى عينة البحث عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) .كما كشفت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للنوع في فاعلية الذات البحثية ، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمرحلة الدراسية في فاعلية الذات البحثية لصالح طلاب الدكتوراه ، وأيضا أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للتخصص الأكاديمي في فاعلية الذات البحثية  لصالح التخصص العلمي ،وأخيرا أظهرت النتائج أنه يمكن التنبؤ بفاعلية الذات البحثية من خلال التمكين النفسي وتوكيد الذات، وقد تم تفسير النتائج في ضوء النظرية المعرفية الاجتماعية ونتائج الدراسات السابقة وتم تقديم التوصيات في ضوء هذه النتائج.

Psychological Empowerment and  Self-Assertiveness as predictors of Research Self-Efficacy among a sample of Postgraduate Students in Faculty of Education Ain Shams University

Abstract :This research aims at exploring the nature of relationship between research self-efficacy and both of psychological empowerment and self-assertiveness among a sample of postgraduate students in faculty of education ain shams university It also aims to recognize the differences attributed between the averaged degrees of students in research self-efficacy according to the variables of the gender (male/ female) and Study stage          ( master /doctoral) and academic specialization (scientific / literary / educative ).In addition, the research aims to test the ability of psychological empowerment and self-assertiveness to predict research self-efficacy. The sample of this research consists of (140) postgraduate students who is studying in master's and doctoral programs in faculty of education at ain shams university. Their aged ranged between (23-42) year, with an average age of (33.24), and a standard deviation of (5.58) In order to reach the aim of research. The researcher used the research self-efficacy scale (Buyukozturk et al., 2011) ,and the psychological empowerment scale, and the self-assertiveness scale prepared by the researcher. Results show a statistically significant positive relationship between research self-efficacy and both of psychological empowerment and  self-assertiveness among the research sample  at the level of (0,01).  Results also show no statistically significant differences attributed to gender in research self-efficacy, statistically significant differences attributed to study stage  in research self-efficacy , in favor of PhD students and statistically significant differences attributed to academic specialization in research self-efficacy in favor of specialization scientific ,Finally results show the ability of psychological empowerment and self-assertiveness and in predicting research self-efficacy.The results were interpreted in light of the social cognitive theory and the results of previous studies, as well as the recommendations have been developed in the light of these results.
